We then undertook the necessary preparatory works and activated the space as a profitable car park, providing the owner a source of consistent revenue until they are ready to undertake redevelopment.
 
We also used our AltSpace brand to hire out the exterior facing hoarding to advertising companies, and some leftover space to storage locker companies.
